Send Us a File
Quick Order:
Send files under 50MB for orders of quantities less than 100 B&W copies or less than 500 Color copies through our Quick Order Form at https://printonyx.com/place-an-order
We prefer PDF files so what you see is what you get. If you need to send native files, we accept Word, Publisher, Pages, Excel, Numbers, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop files but they may not turn out as expected due to differing fonts and artwork links.
Upload files directly to Print San Juan:
Files over 50MB can be uploaded to our online ordering site https://printsanjuan.com, or brought in to the store on a USB drive.
Create an account on our ordering site, Print San Juan and you can easily send us mega-sized files with no special software or technical expertise. You will receive e-mails for every step we take in the process and, if you use the job journal to respond, you’ll be able to see the trail of communication from start to finish.
Email Instructions:
If your file size totals more than 50MB please use our online ordering/file upload system at Print San Juan.
In the body of your email please include the following information:
- Color or Black & White
- Paper Type (text weight or cardstock; color of paper)

NEWER MAC & PC PROGRAMS can create PDFs
• On Macs use the “Print” function and look for the “PDF” button on lower left of the print dialogue OR see if an “Export” option exists under the “File” tab.
• On PCs under the “File” tab on the control bar, you’ll see an option of “Save as” or “Export” and then look for a pull down menu to find the PDF option.
You will have to pay attention to where you save the file so that you’ll know where to find it to attach to an e-mail or move to disk. If your file(s) total more than 10mb, please call or e-mail orders@printonyx.com to request a link to our DropBox site.
